The page combines a direct rental showcase (no intermediaries) with the presentation of his personal brand: a transparent booking experience, guest reviews and a direct contact CTA.
Editorial landing for Adam Rezuc's short-term rental in San Martín de los Andes (Argentine Patagonia). Minimalist, typographic, photo-driven site with full-screen hero, 'The Apartment' section (living, bedroom with forest view, bathroom, exteriors), 'About me' with a no-middleman host-owner narrative, real guest testimonials and a permanent 'Bookings' CTA. Serif identity coherent with mid-to-high range mountain-destination lodging.
Adam needed his own showcase to capture direct bookings for his apartment in San Martín de los Andes without depending on platforms like Airbnb or Booking — and at the same time position his personal brand as a reliable host. The challenge was to design a landing that conveyed the warmth of the place (mountain views, cozy interiors) and at the same time projected seriousness, transparency and direct guest treatment, without intermediaries.
We designed and developed a one-page editorial landing centered on photography and serif typography. Full-screen hero with video/image of the interior with mountain view; sections The Apartment (gallery of living room, bedroom, bathroom and views), About me (editorial photo of Adam with first-person narrative), Reviews (testimonials from real guests) and Bookings (direct CTA to contact/WhatsApp). All optimized for mobile, with sticky navigation, microcopy in River Plate Spanish and a coherent visual system that reinforces the promise of 'direct management, no intermediaries, transparent and trustworthy'.
