EFECTIVO is the operating system of a Bolivian non-bank financial institution specialized in gold-backed loans (jewelry in custody) and leasing. The platform centralizes the operation of 6+ branches under a consolidated multi-branch view: 360° client profile, loan origination with jewelry as collateral, cash control per branch (opening, count, closing and inter-branch transfers), per-piece traceability across 6 states (at the branch, pickup requested, in transit, in the vault, return requested, delivered, auctioned), overdue management by aging brackets (31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 60+ days), auction when applicable, accounting with a consolidated cash flow, investors and month-end closing. Every client can check the status of their loan and their jewelry in real time, with the transparency of a bank.
Operating 6+ branches as a single financial institution: every piece of jewelry must be traceable end-to-end (client → branch → transit → vault → return or auction), overdue accounts must escalate automatically by aging bracket, cash must be counted daily per branch and accounting must consolidate everything without losing detail by concept or the position against investors.
We built a core with an 'All branches' view by default and per-branch filters in every module. The vault uses 6 unified states with dual confirmation (origin and destination) to prevent diversions. Overdue accounts are distributed in automatic brackets with collection actions by aging. Accounting generates the consolidated cash flow in real time (amortizations, interest, custody, gold sales, currencies, contributions vs. petty cash, salaries, taxes, disbursements and refinancings) and closes the month with a single click. The app is responsive so any role — admin, branch manager, salesperson — can operate from a phone.
