UbiGroup is the platform revolutionizing the real estate industry in Bolivia. It centralizes the operation of multiple agencies and franchises under the same brand: public catalog with over 500 properties for sale, rent, anticrético and projects, advanced filters by city, neighborhood, price, bedrooms and bathrooms, and listings with direct contact via WhatsApp or call to the agent. Inside, a Super Administrator panel lets you manage agencies, users (super admins, agency administrators and agents), approve or reject properties, supervise recent activity and manage the hero images of the landing. Each agency manages its own properties and agents with role-based segregation — all scalable to new franchises and markets.

We developed UbiGroup as a multi-tenant platform for real estate agencies: landing with advanced search and property catalog by city, type and price; Super Administrator panel with global metrics (agencies, users, properties, approval rate) and listing approval flow; user management with three roles (Super Admin, Agency Admin, Agent); hero images module to personalize the landing on the fly; and direct contact from client to agent via WhatsApp or call. Architecture ready to scale to new franchises and markets.
