VIRTUALTEC is an ERP designed from scratch for the ECVT Group, a business group that sells computer accessories through 5 legal entities operating in parallel. The system covers the full value chain: real stock per warehouse with kardex, receptions, transfers, reservations and outflows; local purchases and imports with landed costing; sales and invoicing with multi-currency (BOB/USD); credit and collections with portfolio by aging of balances; accounting with automatic journal entries generated from purchases, sales and payroll; petty cash funds; fixed assets; human resources with geolocated check-in, vacations, payroll and payments; configurable masters and full audit by user, module and company.
Replace scattered spreadsheets and isolated systems with a single one capable of operating 5 legal entities in parallel, with automatic accounting, stock control per warehouse across 4 cities, landed-cost imports and HR with geolocated check-in — without any area losing traceability or autonomy.
We built VIRTUALTEC as a modular ERP with native company-level segregation: each module (Warehouses, Local Purchases, Imports, Sales and Invoicing, Credit and Collections, Accounting, Petty Cash Funds, Fixed Assets, Human Resources, Masters and Audit) consolidates or filters by legal entity from the header. Journal entries are generated automatically from purchases, sales and payroll; stock updates in real time upon reception; and the audit logs every movement by user and module.
